    CORPORATE TRAINER Donna’s career includes roles in training program delivery, career counseling, soft skills, customer service, business services, and marketing/sales. Donna is a successful contributor to organizations’ strategic goals for internal and external customers, and she takes pride in offering services with integrity. Donna also served as Director for the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation. During her twelve-year period her positions increased responsibility, fully advancing to the position as Director, Workforce Investment Act programs.

    CORPORATE TRAINER John Kutcher is a professional with 20 years of sales history and success behind him. Throughout his career he has worked in multiple industries and with companies ranging from small start-up to enterprise organizations. John has held positions such as Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Executive Sales Manager. He has been recognized multiple times as a top producer, and attended many district and regional events in recognition of his achievements.

    PRESIDENT / CEO Darlene formed Darlene Hunter & Associates, LLC. in 2011 as a privately-owned company for the purpose of empowering people to go further and be better. Her goal is to help people throughout the country to move forward in their life, accomplish their goals and to reach their highest potential. Darlene Hunter has been in management and leadership for over 32 years, motivating, training and developing teams for various companies and organizations. She is now focused on changing the conversation and changing the culture of organizations through her Soft Skills Training Workshops.

    CORPORATE TRAINER Over 20 plus years ago, a personal calling made Salil shift from being a software design entrepreneur to corporate training. He became certified as an NLP Master Practitioner and began his journey into empowering individuals in their personal and professional life. Salil has extensive experience training in Sales, Managerial Effectiveness, Soft Skills and Leadership training in diverse domains such as Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Telecom, IT and Healthcare. He has led learning and development functions in large organizations and has had the opportunity to work with some of the finest organizations in Asia, Europe and the US. .
  2. Allison Burden
    CORPORATE TRAINER For over 17 years Allison has contributed her passion for both learning AND people to the field of Learning & Development in several capacities ranging from Customer Service and Soft Skills to Sales and Coaching. Through dedication and a personal love of learning and challenging herself, Allison has worked in various industries to include cable and home entertainment, banking, healthcare, Information Technology, and insurance/financial products. Allison received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Winston Salem State University (Winston Salem, North Carolina) and her Master of Arts in Adult Education from East Carolina University (Greenville, North Carolina).
  3. Dr. Darricka Carter
    CORPORATE TRAINER Dr. Darricka Carter's background includes sales and marketing, as well as training and development. She transformed the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive for the northeast with Lilly Pharmaceutical Company, developing new corporate relationships between major employers such as Delta Airlines, United Parcel Service and the Florida Employer Coalition. Dr. Carter then transitioned into a Sr. Specialty Sales role and excelled in account management, developing & maintaining customer relationships, and new product launch techniques to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  1. Raymond Griffin
    CORPORATE TRAINER Raymond Griffin, who resides in Atlanta, has over 20 years of experience in Training and Development.  He had been responsible for a full range of training, consulting, and coaching activities at all levels.  He specializes in corporate training, sales, customer experience, and is considered an expert in Call Center Operations.    He has trained nationally for Deloitte, Amtrak, DIRECTV, and other national firms.   Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from University of California, Riverside and a Masters of Art in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.  He is a father and a former radio DJ. 
  2. Erica Singleton
    CORPORATE TRAINER Erica Singleton is a adaptive and driven Learning & Development Specialist with a background in multiple learning modalities, intervention strategies, and curriculum development and implementations. Erica has previously worked as a Training Specialist with Harris County, as a Training and Implementation for both Cengage Learning and Pearson Education and as a Secondary Biology Instructor with the Aldine Independent School District. Erica holds a Masters of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Chemistry with honors from San Houston State University. 
  3. Amanda Cooper
    CORPORATE TRAINER Amanda Cooper is a personable and professional trainer that specializes in both soft and hard skills. Her professional background is extremely diverse and includes corporate training in sales, recruiting, customer service, property management, marketing, talent development, onboarding and software applications. She has worked for Ginsburg Development, United Airlines, AVID Technology, Signature Management, Pegasus Residential and Cortland Partners. Amanda currently lives in Atlanta, GA and during her down time she enjoys painting abstract art and traveling.
  1. Vincent R. Agnew
    CORPORATE TRAINER Vincent R. Agnew has over 30 years of extensive business and human resource experience focusing on human capital and intellectual development. He has held Director of training and development positions for Sony Electronics, Chubb Insurance, ING Americas, Simmons Bedding, and Axiall, formally Georgia Gulf. Vincent holds a BS in Social Science from Cheyney State University in Pennsylvania and a MA in Organizational Development from Antioch College in Ohio. He is certified in the Center for Leadership Studies Situational Leadership, DDI Targeted Selection and Interaction Management, Blessing & White Managing Personal Growth, Wilson Learning Social Styles and more.

    CORPORATE TRAINER Edwin King has over 25 years of experience in training program delivery, customer service, call center operations, logistics operations, and project management. Edwin has worked as a Corporate Trainer for Xerox Corporation and General Dynamics Information Technology, where he facilitated new hire customer service training and management skills development training. Edwin’s strength comes through his unique ability to use his business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills the participants need to increase their performance and productivity. With her diverse background in managing global cross-functional leadership development training initiatives and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification,  Curline is a proven visionary leader.
